Where to ship?

We ship to all Gulf countries currently: Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman, Kuwait. The shipping cost for these countries is 4.1 Bahraini Dinars or a equal currency from the Gulf countries for the first half a kilo after every half kilo plus there will be an increase of BD 2 or less. For Bahrain, the shipping value will vary for the first and a half kilos 1.2 BD, also free shipping available if the value of purchases exceeded a certain limit, in general the system automatically calculates the shipping cost according to the weight of the product and displays the price according to your country, will be added to the Arab countries later

Shipping time?

Aramex will ship all our goods and all shipments will be safely stored upon shipment All shipments may take from 3 to 21 days to be shipped. If you order a product on Thursday or Friday, you will not be charged 3 or 21 days of the day due to the interruption of work these days.

We ship goods from Saturday to Thursday. All orders on holidays or holidays will be shipped on the next working day. Most customers receive their products from 3 to 21 business days but in some very rare cases it may take longer than this.

What do I do if I deliver goods other than what I ordered?

If you receive any other goods you did not request, please contact us with the order number. We will return the shipment and return it to you at no additional cost.

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact us on our contact page to cancel or change your order. Or you can contact us at e-mail info@theanimex.com, you can cancel the order within 24 hours after the order only. The Order number must be submitted. Refund will be processed within 7-10 days

What currencies do you accept?

In general, the system automatically calculates the currency of your country but you can change the currency if you like, we only receive the Bahraini Dinar and the currencies of the GCC countries

How do I check my previous orders and my current order?

Log in and then click on “My Account” and select “Orders” and from here, you will be able to see everything you have purchased from our site.

What payment methods do you have?

Support both Credit Card and Cash on Delivery.

Return/Refund Policy

How can I refund the amount?

We can refund the payment if you do not open the goods from the original box. You must send the product to the address and after receiving the goods we will check the items and then we will refund the full amount but will be deducted shipping amount only. The amount is refunded to the PayPal buyer and credit cards in the account directly. the refund will be processed within 3-8 days.

What is your Return policy?

Depending on the product type and if product contains any defect , we will change it for free. The buyer should send the shipment to our address and after inspection we will inform you. Warranty does not include damage done by buyer such as bad use.

Incase of wrong/damage item received Animex will handle the return process for free.

How to replace damaged or incomplete goods?

In the event of receive damaged goods we will send an alternative item at no cost.

I can return products in How many days ?

If you receive the product in two days and you have any problem with it, you can request a replacement or refund.

Dose Animex allow for Exchange ?

Unfortunately, Animex dose not accept or do exchange for sold items
