What is a Preorder?
The preorder item is an item which you have the chance to purchase from Animex. It means that the item is still not available in our warehouse. Once you run checkout it is important to verify if the product is in pre-order or not. Delivery times may vary for preorders.
When Preorder will be Shipped ?
We have expected date of available of the item, so your preorder will be shipped in expected arrival date or maybe earlier, however arrival date are expected so due to various reason delay may happened, if so you will be notified by email.
Incase your order contain preorder item and current available item, then your order will be held till the preorder item available and will be shipped together.
